December’s Friday Night Live is sure to be a Christmas spectacular! Last year’s Hometown Holiday Friday Night Live received the Outstanding Special Event award from the Florida State Main Street. This year the event will surpass expectations with even more Christmas spirit! The event starts at 6 p.m. on Friday, December 21st.

Make sure to bring your lawn chair so that you can take a break from shopping and dining in the historical downtown Wauchula. Set up your lawn chair between 8-9pm in Heritage Park to see the Living Christmas Tree performance by the First Baptist Church of Wauchula along with the help of other community churches. This 30ft tree includes 70 angelic voices and a fantastic show of lights. This is a performance you won’t want to miss!
Hometown Holidays is a family fun event. Santa will be visiting from the North Pole and will provide a photo opportunity for children. Arts and craft vendors will set up booths to provide you with the most unique gifts. It is a perfect night to do some last minute Christmas shopping as the merchants keep their store front lights on later than usual.
Christmas is even more magical on Main Street Wauchula! Join us for the Hometown Holiday Friday Night Live on Friday, December 21st.
